Toast was a wonderful experience! I was a bit worried about the size of the company but we were matched with the perfect photographer and videographer.
We had a less than ideal experience for engagement photos with someone else, and were very worried about our wedding. Our photographer, Amanda, was by far the most professional and amazing photographer we could have asked for. She knew all the right angles, poses, shots, and made us so comfortable. I do not think our day could have been captured by anyone else. She truly understood our vision and now we have a slew of wedding memories. And incredible shots of our loved ones!
Our videographer, Milan, got amazing shots of the ceremony, us taking photos, the getting ready, and our reception. He was patient and so supportive, quietly navigating our day. Julianna was so helpful before and after the wedding with coordination, and Zach was too. The final product and edits brought us to tears. Well worth it for a stress-free day. We highly recommend!

Toast was founded by Zach & Callie, a husband and wife team.
Zach is a documentary cinematographer and producer known for the Sundance Grand Jury Prize winning documentary, The Price of Free, with another 5 documentaries premiering at Tribeca Film Festival.
Callie, in addition to being an experienced wedding and travel photographer, has collaborated with some of the most renowned photographers globally, editing photos for the covers of Vogue, Vanity Fair, Harper’s Bazaar, and more.
Since 2014, we've been honored to capture over 3,000 weddings for incredible couples, winning Couple’s Choice on Wedding Wire, Knot Hall of Fame and Knot Best of Weddings eight years in a row.
We pride ourselves on creating all of your wedding media as a collaboration, deeply valuing what matters most to you. We understand that we're not just capturing any event, we’re telling a love story that becomes a part of your family history, through multiple different mediums.
All aspects of your wedding media package (photo, film, and/or social content creation) are completely customizable. We encourage you to be as hands-on as you like, and we make it easy for you to help guide every aspect. He blended so seamlessly into the background that we hardly even noticed he was there—yet he managed to capture every emotion, every glance, and every special moment perfectly.
Despite the freezing cold on our wedding day, Jason beautifully documented our love story, making sure every shot aligned with our vision. Watching our teaser film just weeks after the wedding was such a joy—it instantly transported us back to our special day. gned a client experience specialist who you can contact if you have questions along the way (I had Gail and she was great!) They reach out multiple times before your wedding day to keep you updated on where you are in the process - a few weeks before the day, you're sent a quiz so they can get to know you and your style, what songs you'd like for your final video, etc.
The videographer was detail oriented and captured all of the important moments as well as the ones you don't think of. He worked well with the photographer and overall I hardly noticed he was there - which for me was great because I'm super camera shy.
I chose Toast after reading reviews and watching some of the videos on YouTube. Another big factor in my decision was they allowed to split the costs into 8 payments which is super helpful for a wedding budget.
After receiving my final video, it was exactly how I imagined it to be. Very cinematic and emotional. You do have the option to purchase raw footage as well after the fact.
This was my best choice when wedding planning. And I'm so glad I went with Toast.

earch was the different price packages and a la carte options Toast offered to their clients. We are so happy we booked them! Our videos from Toast are just amazing. Every single one of them. My fiancé and I received our highlight film and immediately watched it...although we were in the middle of the airport...but that didnt stop us from straight sobbing the happiest tears. We spent the entire next night watching all the clips in the raw footage, reliving the day and seeing some things even for the very first time! How fun?! And what a special way to remember the day forever now. We are so so grateful to Dominic for capturing the entire day, and the very, very best moments. We are grateful to the entire Toast team, as well! They were been such a pleasure to work with from our initial phone call. We sensed this was the right team for us, and throughout the entire planning process, members of the Toast team confirmed that time and again. We are also most grateful to Julianna, too! She walked us through every step, coordinating schedules and timelines with wedding planner and communicating with us frequently and purposefully. We appreciate that more than anything! going to get a videographer at first, but I am SOOO glad we did! Pictures are great and can really help you re-live the day, but a wedding video captures so much more of your wedding! We have loved getting to look back and listen to our vows, watch our family dance at the reception, see the expressions on our faces before the ceremony, and so much more. Toast also gave us several versions of video - a 2 minute preview, an hour long documentary style edit, and a full 10 minute video. They even offered us the raw footage! Not only that, but they have great pricing too. You really can't go wrong with Toast!

the point that I'm sure he was tired of hearing from me haha. Our videographer, David, was wonderful to work with. I am not someone who enjoys being in front of a camera, but he made it so you almost forgot he was there (not an insult to David, a compliment really). The videos were gorgeous as well (as was the flash drive, which is unimportant but was still a nice touch).

I had written a review before even receiving my videos because I was so pleased with his personality and enthusiasm and the positive *vibe* he brought along with him.
Now that I have received my videos I wish I could give more than 5 stars. Not only did they include every single special moment of our day in our full documentary- but they made the short film so perfect and intimate full of the happiest moments. I was able to relive every moment I wanted to with their content. On top of all of this amazingness, they allow you to make changes (in the easiest way possible((not a tech girl))) before they send you the final short film. We are so happy we chose Toast Wedding Films!!!!

hey checked in with us regularly leading up to our wedding and we had all details ready to go before the big day. Our videographer was wonderful the day of, getting so many shots without us even realizing! We received our teaser/trailer a few short weeks after our wedding. During the edit process of our films, we were able to collaborate and give feedback during the first versions which was really nice. We also were shipped our raw footage on a hard drive shortly after the wedding. Toast is amazing with their communication, customer service and overall delivery - I highly recommend! Videography is a big part of the wedding, and it's so important to have a vendor you can trust with all of that special footage - 100% book Toast!!

We were told that our videos would be ready within 90 days and sure enough, we got back the films within that time frame! Toast worked with us to create a custom package that included everything we were looking for at a very reasonable price compared to other Philadelphia area videographers. The video is GORGEOUS and since you get the edited video, an hour long video with the ceremony and all the speeches and dances, AND all the raw footage, it's a great value for money. Every single one is beautiful, unique, and extremely well done.

searching for videographers online and immediately fell in love with their films. After noticing their extremely reasonable prices, I decided to reach out. Zachary responded to my initial email within an hr and we were on the phone later that afternoon discussing my videography needs. After learning more about their pricing and film options I decided to go with the Short Film. Zachary was extremely responsive throughout the planning process and never made me feel like I was being a nuisance with all my questions. Jason was our day-of videographer and he was also such a pleasure to work with. He captured all the shots he needed without disrupting the day-of timeline and worked very well with our photographer. We just received our film a few days ago and I cannot tell you how happy I am with the final product. It is absolutely beautiful! We have received so many compliments after sharing the video on social media and I could not be happier we decided to use Toast Wedding Films for our wedding videography!
